We are committed to providing the highest quality for all children in our care and have an open-door policy to discuss any aspect of your child's care with you. It is important for our families to be involved where possible.

Answer - Follow the 'Register a child' link on the top right of this page. You can then complete a simple registration form. Once complete this is sent to the administration team who will then be in contact with you to discuss your requirements.
Answer - We are located across Swindon and the surrounding areas. Please look at the 'Types of Childcare' tab where you will find the precise location for each individual childcare unit.
Answer - It is our policy to have all members of staff first aid trained and to hold a relevant childcare qualification. Any new staff are placed on the first available courses where appropriate. We are fully insured to care for the children in our care.
Answer - With approaching 30 years of experience in providing childcare there are not many medical needs that we have not accommodated over this period. We are here to work with you and your family, if the medicine is prescribed by your GP then we will administer where appropriate and possible. Any child who has asthma listed as a medical condition will need to provide an inhaler and if your child carries an epipen this will need to be provided also.
