How do I arrange my childcare with The Big Adventure club?

How do I book my child in for After School care?

All bookings should be made with the relevant unit manager by the Friday the week before you wish your child to attend in order to receive the service at our reduced rate.

We do not accept a booking without prior payment.

You can make a payment via cheque, cash or childcare voucher. If you wish to book using the voucher system please take the print out proof of payment to the unit manager when making the booking for the following week.

Any cancellations for care need to be made in the same manner with the unit manager by the Friday before. If the care is not cancelled by this time then you will be charged the full amount and no credits will be given. We provide a safe flexible service for your child and in order to avoid any mistakes being made we request that the bookings and cancellations are done by the Friday before.

We do provide an 'adhoc' service at an additional cost. Any adhoc bookings should be done via email to the Headoffice by 12pm. Thankyou

How do I book my child into the Holiday club?

Please use the bookings forms provided when making a childcare booking for use of our Holiday clubs.

All bookings must be made in writing or via email.

No prior payment is necessary for the Holiday club but we do ask that payment is made on the first day of each week your child attends. Non payment on the first day of your child's week may result in your child not being admitted.

Please ensure you only book for the care you need as WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS FOR HOLIDAY CARE.

How do I book my child's space for Nursery?

Please call the Headoffice for more information on Nursery care and to arrange a visit with the relevant Nursery team. Thank you
