The Big Adventure Club provides the opportunity to develop
your career within the childcare sector. Working closely with Swindon Surestart and local Colleges we provide the opportunity
for you to progress or obtain your qualifications in childcare. We require all of our staff to have a minimum NVQ 3 in Childcare or
working towards one when operating within our units.
The Big Adventure club follows a safer recruitment
ethos and any offer of employment will be subject to a full enhanced Criminal records disclosure. All of our staff once employed
are expected to attend regular relevant training as part of their employment.
